2021 'Smoking Barrels' Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Colour: Dark crimson.

Aroma: Flavours of forest fruit and cassis. 

Palate: This Cabernet's palate is medium to full bodied, with forest fruits, providing great depth and concentration. Lovely oak adds layers and is supported by chalky tannins to provide balance and enable the wine to age for at least a decade.

A Cabernet that’s quietly powerful, deeply satisfying, and built to age gracefully for at least a decade—if you can wait that long. Amazing with penne amatriciana or pizza.
