Aroma: Dark plum and cherry fruit supported by attractive fruit spice, anise and savoury notes. 

Palate: This wine has great fruit weight and generosity with good texture and is supported by fine, velvety tannins and bright acidity. 

Pair it with slow-cooked lamb, mushroom risotto, or just a sunset and good company.
